What is the price of a Nestlum?
A Nestlums cost £39.99 including VAT. It excludes any shipping fees.
How much is delivery?
£2.99 per order with a further £1 on every extra Nestlum ordered.
What’s in the box?
Each order will contain a Sunshine Yellow Nestlums and a charging base. Nestlums are powered by a rechargeable lithium battery which can be charged with a USB-C charge cable. The battery life of a Nestlums depends on many factors including usage and external environment.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Currently, we only accept orders from addresses within the UK.
When will my Nestlums be shipped?
For pre-orders, we expect to begin shipping the Batch 1 Nestlums orders to UK addresses in November/December 2024.
Shipping estimates are subject to change based on our manufacturing capacity and component availability. An exact shipping date is not currently available beyond the expected shipping window listed above. Please be assured that we will fulfil orders as quickly as possible in the order they were received. We will update this FAQ page with regards to shipping within the United Kingdom with the latest information on shipping window estimates as soon as we have that information.
Will my Nestlums arrive in time for Christmas 2024?
We will make every effort to have the Batch 1 Nestlums order delivered in time for Christmas 2024. However, release dates can be subject to change based on component availability and manufacturing capacity and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Rest assured, we will keep you updated and ship orders as soon as they become available.
How do I cancel my order or return a product?
You can cancel your order and request a refund any time before the product ships. After the product ships, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the product if you are not completely satisfied. To cancel your order or return a product (for refund or replacement), contact Nestlums customer support at support@nestlums.com.

What size are the Nestlums toys?
The Nestlums toys fit snugly into a 4-8 year old child’s hand at 70mm tall, 50mm wide and 15mm in depth.
Can I connect the Nestlums to a bank account?
No. Since Nestlums is designed for very young children starting their journey learning about money, they do not connect to real money in any way. They are as simple as being like a budget calculator where a parent can set a budget for the day or the week and the child can keep track of how much they have been spending. Think of the Nestlum like an electronic version of a piece of paper on the fridge keeping tabs on how much they have been spending…just far more cute!
Can a child put the Nestlums onto a keychain or a lanyard?
Yes, a keychain or lanyard loop is provided at the top of the toy in case they would like to carry it around on their person.
Do I need a Bluetooth connection or WiFi?
No. There is no WiFi or Bluetooth connection with Nestlums. The parent simply opens the Nestlum app and then taps their phone to the Nestlums toy in order for the child to add or remove money from their virtual pocket money balance. Remember, no real money is used or linked. The toy is simply like a little calculator to help young children keep track of how much money they are spending.
Is my child’s name or other personal information used?
No. Nestlums does not capture or store any personal information from either the parent or the child. The Nestlums toy is simply a virtual tracker of pocket money with no need for any login or other account details required.
